Tashans Flow is a Movement Teacher and Performing Artist. She has performed in various theatres and festivals in London and focuses on the philosophy and Asanas (Physical Postures) of Yoga. Her teaching style is fluid yet powerful, providing a relaxing and peaceful experience.
